MURDER MINDFULLY.

Description:
(Blurb on back of book) "First off, I'm not a violent man. I didn't even kill anyone until I was forty-two." "Björn has been given an ultimatum; repair his work-life balance, or his wife Katharina will leave him - and take their daughter. He reluctantly starts a mindfulness class and, to his surprise, it's a revelation. He becomes calmer, more focused, and he's starting to understand what's really important in life. So when his client, the brutal crime boss Dragan Sergowicz, tries to interfere with his precious family time, Björn remembers his newfound goal to find serenity - and kills him. Now Björn can deepen his practice and seek inner peace...violently." Translated to English by Florian Duijsens

This was genuinely a great book to read. Not only did I find it funny and hard to put down, but I also learnt some mindfulness tips as well! The more I ended up wondering what other predicaments Björn could get himself into, the more impressed I became at his ability to lawyer-speak his way out of said predicaments and into holding the power in a tense, often life-or-death situation. Plus I learnt that being mindful in your own life can also sway the moods and reactions of those around you, I even tried it out myself, and it worked!
