This has a very interesting premise - a test for empathy and a promise that those that fail will access mental health support but also can risk being fired from their jobs and it makes it difficult to buy a house etc. The different points of view really help to explore what this will mean for different people, so much so that it becomes much the focus of the book - not whether the test will be mandatory.
